On the 24th, Musinsa Retail Service announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled at its headquarters in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The partnership isn’t about quick hires — it’s designed to create a sustainable employment model that fits the unique rhythms of the fashion and retail industries.

The two organizations will collaborate to expand hiring, secure long-term employment stability, create disability-friendly workplaces, and run awareness initiatives. The agency will analyze business operations to pinpoint suitable roles and provide tailored recruitment services and vocational training.
Musinsa Retail Service expects to recruit customized talent across areas like fashion and IT planning, logistics operations, and store management. It also plans to establish a \"Fashion & Retail Career Experience Center\" at the Incheon Training Center for People with Developmental Disabilities to give trainees valuable hands-on experience.
They’ll pilot a disability-friendly workplace model to set an industry best practice, with plans to scale it across Musinsa’s affiliates.
A Musinsa Retail Service spokesperson said, “This effort goes beyond simply increasing hires. It’s about creating environments where people with disabilities can shine in core roles within the fashion industry. We aim to establish a leading employment model in fashion retail and strengthen our ESG commitments.”
