Former People Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon visited Busan’s Sajik Baseball Stadium on the 14th to watch a professional baseball game.
Han attended the 2026 KBO League exhibition game between the Lotte Giants and the LG Twins.
He wore the uniform of the late Busan baseball legend Choi Dong-won and watched the game from the stands.
He was seen shaking hands with fans and posing for photos at the stadium.
The account for Han’s political platform, 'Hancut,' posted a photo of him at Sajik Stadium with a supporter and the message, 'Thank you for the warm welcome.'
It was his first visit to Busan in a week, following a trip to Gupo Market on the 7th.
Political observers say Han may run as an independent in a National Assembly by-election in Busan that will be held alongside the June 3 local elections.
Democratic Party lawmaker Jeon Jae-soo recently declared his candidacy for Busan mayor, a move that could vacate the Buk-gap seat and has drawn attention to that district.
Gupo Market, which Han recently visited, is also in the Buk-gap district.
