All 13 members will continue performing under the name SEVENTEEN.
At the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR 'NEW_' ENCORE held on the 5th at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, SEVENTEEN announced that all members re-signed with Pledis Entertainment, the HYBE-affiliated label.
Near the end of the concert, the group told fans, \"As you know, we have an important matter coming up, and we thought it was only right to tell you first.\" The members delivered the news with visible emotion. Having debuted in 2015 and with their contracts approaching expiration, the announcement carried extra weight.
They added, \"Jeonghan and Wonwoo are here, but we wish Hoshi and Woozi could be with us.\" The members said they had held deep, private discussions and, as a result, all 13 decided to renew their contracts together. \"We'll all row in the same boat and keep moving forward. Thank you,\" they said, prompting cheers from the audience.
Going forward, SEVENTEEN will concentrate on solo and unit activities. The unit Meboz — Dokyeom and Seungkwan — will stage DxS 'Soya-gok' ON STAGE at Incheon Inspire Arena from the 17th to the 19th, and S.Coups and Mingyu will present CxM 'DOUBLE UP' LIVE PARTY at Kaohsiung Arena from the 24th to the 26th.
