[Sports Seoul | Reporter Park Jin-up] Singer Lee So-ra has shown a surprisingly nurturing side through her hobby of gaming.
On the 15th, during an appearance on the YouTube channel '요정재형,' she explained why she started streaming and described a playstyle that reflects her personality. She said she typically gravitates toward the healer role in World of Warcraft (WoW), preferring to restore other characters' health rather than focus on damage.
Lee stressed that caring for and helping others comes naturally to her. “When I worked as a radio DJ, offering advice to listeners and sharing great music suited my temperament,” she said. “Even in games, when I play as a healer, I feel my true self is someone who continually looks after others.”
Her modest in-game habits also drew notice. Lee draws a clear line at excessive in-game spending. “Aside from occasionally buying a pretty mount, I mostly enjoy small activities like gathering herbs or mining ore,” she said, outlining her approach.
Building on that ethos of care and communication, Lee launched a personal YouTube channel and signaled a return to more active engagement. She’s expected to continue reaching audiences in a gentle, healer-like way.
