On April 28, "REDRED" reached No. 1 on Apple Music’s "Today’s Top 100: Korea" chart. The song debuted at No. 72 on April 21, climbed steadily, first hit the top on April 26, and then held No. 1 for three consecutive days.

At 8 a.m. on April 29, it also topped YouTube Korea’s Trending Music chart, and it has continued to draw strong responses across domestic streaming platforms.

On Melon’s daily chart dated April 27, "REDRED" entered at No. 90. On Melon’s real-time Top 100, it rose to a personal best of No. 43 as of 8 a.m. on April 29.

On Bugs’ daily chart for April 27, it jumped four spots to No. 28. On Vibe’s "Today’s Top 100," it surged 23 places to No. 61.

The track has also gained traction internationally: on Apple Music’s "Today’s Top 100: Global" chart dated April 28, "REDRED" climbed 11 spots to No. 57.

On Spotify’s Daily Top Songs — Global for April 27, it reached No. 96, up two spots and marking its second consecutive day inside the global Top 100.

Critics and fans have noted "REDRED" for its genre-blurring sound and energetic staging. All CORTIS members contributed to the songwriting and are credited as co-choreographers.

A short choreography move known as the "palang-gwi"—in which performers shake both hands near their ears and cross their arms into an X—has spread quickly across short-form platforms. CORTIS is scheduled to perform on Mnet’s M Countdown on April 30, KBS2’s Music Bank on May 1, MBC’s Show! Music Core on May 2, and SBS’s Inkigayo on May 3.

The group’s second mini-album, GREENGREEN, featuring "REDRED," is set for release on May 4. As of April 29, Spotify pre-saves had risen by 14,000 from the previous day to 958,000. Distributor YG Plus and Universal Records report that pre-orders totaled 2,129,756 copies through April 27.
