TuruCAR, a car‑sharing service, experienced an outage starting early on the 10th, leaving users unable to access the platform.
On the 10th, TuruCAR posted a "Service Outage Notice" on its official website saying the service is temporarily down and users are having difficulty using it normally.
TuruCAR is a car‑sharing platform operated by Humax Mobility that allows users to reserve vehicles through an app or website for short‑term rentals.
The notice said the outage began at 12:30 a.m. on the 10th and has affected web services across the board, including APIs and dashboards. The company attributed the problem to a server infrastructure failure and said recovery efforts are underway.
A TuruCAR spokesperson said external traffic suddenly surged exponentially, overwhelming the company’s server capacity, and that teams are investigating the root cause.
He added, "We are internally checking whether this is an issue with the service itself or an external factor. At this point, it is difficult to confirm when service will be fully restored."
