[Sports Seoul | Reporter Yoon Dong-eon] Toyota Motor Korea has opened a new sales and service hub serving customers in the eastern Seoul metropolitan area.
Toyota Motor Korea said on March 12 that it opened the Lexus·Toyota Hanam Showroom and Comprehensive Service Center in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province, to strengthen its end-to-end customer service network from purchase through maintenance.

About 40 executives and guests attended the March 11 opening ceremony, including Manabu Konyama, president of Toyota Motor Korea; Shigeru Harada, CEO of Toyota Tsusho; and Lee Jae-young, chairman of L&T Lexus and L&T Toyota.
The Lexus·Toyota Hanam facility follows a 3S concept—Sales, Service and Spare Parts—bringing vehicle sales, maintenance and parts under one roof. Customers can receive consultations, sign purchase contracts, take delivery, and access maintenance and after-sales services in a single location.

The service center includes 10 work bays—six dedicated to Lexus and four to Toyota—with capacity to handle up to 1,090 routine inspections and general maintenance jobs per month. Toyota Motor Korea says the center will deliver faster, more organized after-sales support to customers in Seoul’s Gangdong district and the eastern Gyeonggi region. The building’s rooftop is equipped with solar-generation facilities to supply part of the site’s electricity, supporting greener operations.
Manabu Konyama said, “With the opening of the Hanam showroom and service center, we can provide customers in Seoul’s Gangdong area and eastern Gyeonggi Province with a more convenient brand experience and improved service. We will continue to grow with the local community and work to repay the trust our customers place in us.” hellboy321@sportsseoul.com
