B1 Bullsone Car Care, a premium car-care brand, is partnering with KAPOS, the nationwide auto-repair cooperative network, to broaden total car-care offerings that combine car washes, detailing and vehicle maintenance.
B1 Bullsone Car Care (CEO Kim Ok-soo) said on the 10th that it signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Federation of Auto Repair Cooperatives (KAPOS; Chairman Kang Sun-geun) to diversify into integrated car-care operations that pair maintenance services with premium detailing.

Under the agreement, B1 Bullsone Car Care will combine its wash-and-detailing expertise with KAPOS’s nationwide maintenance network of roughly 17,000 locations to build integrated vehicle-care services that go beyond conventional repair work.
As part of the plan, the partners aim to convert about 250 existing KAPOS outlets into hybrid "KAPOS X B1 Car Care" locations. The move is intended to give customers across the country access to standardized, premium car-care services at reasonable prices.
B1 Bullsone Car Care also plans to expand discounts and broaden access to its premium services by appointing authorized dealers for major automakers and partnering with mobile carrier membership programs.
The company will expand its digital services as well. This month, B1 Bullsone Car Care plans to launch a dedicated service-reservation app that will let customers pre-book car washes, consumable part replacements and engine-oil changes. The app is intended to cut customer wait times and boost shop efficiency and service consistency.
To link online and offline channels, the partners will sell dedicated service vouchers through major platforms such as KakaoTalk Gift and Naver Shopping.
They will also run regular training programs for KAPOS member shops on washing and polishing techniques and on marketing practices to raise overall service quality.
"By combining KAPOS’s robust maintenance infrastructure with B1 Bullsone Car Care’s premium service offerings and marketing assets, we expect to generate strong synergies," said Kim Ok-soo, CEO of B1 Bullsone Car Care. "Through an online reservation system and points partnerships, we will build a car-care ecosystem that satisfies both customers and shop owners."
"This partnership will create a new model of mutual cooperation in the car-care industry," said Kang Sun-geun, chairman of KAPOS. "By combining our strengths, we will increase competitiveness and improve customer satisfaction."
