Shim Eun-kyung’s Yona rushes in to rescue Gi Su-jong when he finds himself in danger.
In the episode broadcast on the 12th on tvN's How to Become a Building Owner in Korea, Yona (Shim Eun-kyung) comes to the aid of Gi Su-jong (Ha Jung-woo).
After responding to a frantic text from Gi Su-jong, she rushes to his location and confronts the people surrounding him, creating just enough chaos for him to slip away. Once free, Gi Su-jong realizes the building has caught fire; the flames quickly intensify, and Ko Joo-ran (Lee Joo-woo) witnesses the blaze.
Min Hwal-seong (Kim Jun-han) bursts into the building searching for Jeon Yi-kyung (Jung Soo-jung). Gi Su-jong heads in to find Kim Seon (Im Soo-jung) and Gi Da-rae (Park Seo-kyung). At one point, an assailant presses a broken soju bottle to Gi Da-rae's throat, using it to threaten Kim Seon and Gi Su-jong.
Jeon Yi-kyung, sobbing that she has lost everything and can’t go back to the way things were, becomes hysterical. Kim Seon pleads with her to stop — for the child’s sake. In that moment, Min Hwal-seong rushes in and restrains her. Seeing he is alive, Jeon Yi-kyung breaks down, accusing them, “You were all in it together.”
