Compose Coffee announced on March 10 that it’s rolling out four new matcha drinks — and celebrating the launch with a playful stamp giveaway.
The fresh lineup spans pure-matcha-forward sips to indulgent lattes and bright smoothies. The new offerings are Authentic Matcha Latte, Aerating Honey Matcha, Matcha-Shot Yuzu Smoothie, and Cream Matcha Latte.
Framed around a “Daily Matcha” concept, the collection is all about personalization: customers can customize each drink to match their mood and taste.
The Authentic Matcha Latte is designed for customization, inviting you to layer toppings to shape matcha’s flavor and texture. Its bittersweet green-tea notes pair beautifully with add-ons like honey, white pearls, extra matcha shots, strawberry purée, chocolate ganache, or strawberry ganache — perfect for mixing up new combos by time of day or personal preference.
Aerating Honey Matcha takes inspiration from the traditional matcha whisking technique known as gyeokbul (擊拂), reinterpreting it for a silky mouthfeel and a clean finish. The Matcha-Shot Yuzu Smoothie blends a zesty yuzu base with a matcha shot for a subtle, fragrant matcha note. And the Cream Matcha Latte layers in silky white cream so you get matcha’s signature pleasant bitterness balanced by creamy smoothness.
To mark the launch, Compose Coffee will give 10 stamps to customers who purchase any of the four matcha drinks for the first time between the 12th and 18th of this month. Ten collected stamps can be redeemed for one free Americano.
A Compose Coffee spokesperson said the brand developed a variety of matcha styles in response to growing consumer interest and encouraged customers to come in and craft their own signature matcha drink.
