Compose Coffee is rolling out four fresh matcha drinks so you can enjoy matcha in new ways — and to celebrate, they’re running a stamp giveaway.
The lineup ranges from drinks that spotlight matcha’s natural flavor to lattes and smoothies. The launch includes △ Authentic Matcha Latte △ Aerated Honey Matcha △ Matcha‑Shot Yuzu Smoothie △ Cream Matcha Latte.
Framed around a “Daily Matcha” concept, the new menu offers plenty of customization so you can build your own matcha drink to match your mood.
The Authentic Matcha Latte is all about mix-and-match. Layer toppings like honey, white pearls, matcha shots, strawberry purée, chocolate ganache, or strawberry ganache to adjust the flavor and texture any way you like. Its sweet‑bitter matcha base makes these combinations work beautifully.
In the morning, a touch of honey adds a gentle sweetness. In the afternoon, strawberry or chocolate ganache turns it into a dessert-like treat. Want a bolder matcha kick? Add an extra matcha shot for more depth.
The Aerated Honey Matcha is inspired by the traditional matcha whisking method called 'gyeokbul' (擊拂) and reimagined for a modern, silky texture with a clean finish. The Matcha‑Shot Yuzu Smoothie pairs bright, tangy yuzu with a matcha shot for a subtle green-tea aroma — perfect if you’re new to matcha.
The Cream Matcha Latte layers smooth white cream over matcha’s characteristic bittersweet notes for a luxuriously balanced sip.
To celebrate the launch, Compose Coffee will give customers 10 stamps when they purchase any of the four matcha launch drinks for the first time from the 12th through the 18th. Ten collected stamps can be redeemed for one free Americano.
