[Sports Seoul | Reporter Seo Ji-hyun] Broadcaster Lee Sang-hoon spread some heartwarming cheer ahead of Children’s Day.
Lee donated ₩20,000,000 (about $15,000 USD) from the proceeds of a recent charity auction to the Seoul Metropolitan Children’s Hospital.
The gift was meant to support pediatric patients for Children’s Day. Since 2019, Lee has made annual Children’s Day donations to support children battling cancer.
Lee debuted as a comedian after passing KBS’s 26th open recruitment and became known for sketches like “Nigul Nigul” on KBS2’s Gag Concert.
He now runs the YouTube channel “Lee Sang-hoon TV,” which focuses on kidult culture and toy reviews. sjay0928@sportsseoul.com
