[Sports Seoul | Reporter Cho Sun-woo] Daesang Cheongjeongwon announced on the 22nd that it's launching Pickling Sauce, a ready-to-use vinegar that makes whipping up homemade pickles effortless.
Pickling Sauce is a fermented-vinegar–based convenience item: simply pour it over your chosen vegetables—no heating or measuring required—and you can make homemade pickles in minutes.
The tang of fermented vinegar is brightened with lemon, ginger and a splash of cooking wine for a clean, refreshing flavor. Mustard, coriander and dill add aromatic depth for a more layered taste.
To use, pour Pickling Sauce over sliced vegetables at a 1:1 ratio and refrigerate for about a day to let the flavors develop.
