[The Public = Lee Jung-do] Stembell (STEMBELL), a brand from Chong Kun Dang Health, is celebrating the first anniversary of its Cell Eye Cream Double Repair with a special promotional event.

Launched last May, Stembell’s Cell Eye Cream Double Repair is more than a typical eye cream. This premium, high-performance formula targets multiple delicate and complex concerns around the eyes—deep wrinkles, dark spots, uneven pigmentation, and loss of elasticity—by combining a yellow capsule ampoule with a rich cream.

Chong Kun Dang Health says the brand’s ambassador, actress Park Joo‑mi, personally took part in product testing. Park, who has used eye cream consistently since she was 20, provided hands-on feedback that was incorporated into the final formulation.

Before the launch, P&K Clinical Research Center ran a four-week clinical trial last January with 22 participants. The study found the ampoule inside the yellow capsule contains antioxidant and brightening ingredients like tranexamic acid, astaxanthin, and niacinamide, which help reduce dark spots and blemishes and even skin tone. The cream contains human stem cell culture extract, microbiome-supporting ingredients, and water-soluble collagen, which were shown to improve deep wrinkles and enhance elasticity.

To mark its one-year anniversary, Stembell is offering special perks throughout April to customers who purchase the eye cream.

“A product we launched to help address customers’ skin concerns has become a flagship line in just one year,” a brand representative said. “We hope this promotion helps us reach more customers.”

Stembell positions itself as a high-efficacy cosmetics brand that uses human stem cell culture extract to restore the skin’s natural function. Chong Kun Dang Health developed the brand in collaboration with Kolmar Korea and Cellinbio.
