[RealFood reporter Yook Seong-yeon] JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul announced on the 21st that The Lounge will debut Amante del Mango from May 8 through Sept. 3.The menu is inspired by Nice in southern France and offers modern reinterpretations of classic local desserts.
The afternoon tea set includes three desserts, four savory bites, a table dish, a special welcome drink, and coffee or tea. The Orange Blossom Tropézienne layers cream inside brioche and is perfumed with orange blossom. The lineup also features Mango Passion, Coco Pavlova, and an Exotic Saint‑Honoré.
Savory options include a squid-ink brioche, a crab cake served with mango salsa, and an egg sandwich.
The table dish offers ratatouille cold pasta and a mango shaved-ice dessert. For the welcome drink, guests can choose from Côte Bleue, Mango, or Brise Dorée.
