On the 10th, Lotte Wellfood announced a new addition to its signature sandwich brand LotSan (Lotte Sand): LotSan Pasteur Pure Milk, a flavor made with premium Pasteur milk.
Lotte Wellfood says the new release is a pure-milk sandwich dessert designed to tap into the “pairing” trend—where complementary flavors are combined for a more elevated tasting experience.
The LotSan Pasteur Pure Milk stands out by folding Pasteur milk into both the cream filling and the biscuit itself.
At Lotte Wellfood’s Pasteur dessert café, Pasteur Milk Bar, the brand will also offer LotSan-inspired seasonal specials. From the 14th through the 12th of next month, the café will run two limited-time items featuring the LotSan Pasteur Pure Milk: the Milk Sand Shake and the Sandberry Yogurt.
To mark the launch, the company will hold a purchase-verification promotion.
A Lotte Wellfood spokesperson said, “This LotSan Pasteur Pure Milk flavor is a soft, sweet milk-flavored sandwich biscuit that pairs beautifully with coffee or yogurt. We plan to continue expanding our lineup to reflect dessert-pairing trends.”
