Grand Hyatt Incheon’s buffet destination, 'Restaurant 8', has unveiled 8 new signature dishes inspired by guest favorites.
Available only during weekday lunch, the new lineup was crafted for diners who feel overwhelmed by buffet choices. The hotel narrowed the selections using guest feedback, sales data and the story behind each dish.
Highlights include wood-fired pizza, sake-don, LA galbi, tsukune, spicy seafood jjambbong, tarte Tropézienne, French onion soup and bagels. Each item can be ordered à la carte, and the kitchen pairs the offerings with wine, highballs and cocktails to elevate the tasting experience.
The restaurant says the program is meant to make weekday lunches more distinctive and help guests discover their personal go-to dish. There's also a social media giveaway: follow the official Instagram account and comment with your “signature dish” to enter. Prizes include hotel stays and dining vouchers.
