Hyundai Home Shopping announced on the 9th that it has signed an exclusive licensing deal with French premium knit label Royal Mer and will air the brand’s launch broadcast on the 10th.
Founded in the 1940s, Royal Mer has long been known for its artisanal knitwear. This season the brand unveils a premium-casual collection anchored by the Quatre stripe shirt, a contemporary reinterpretation of its signature stripe motif.
Hyundai Home Shopping has steadily expanded its fashion lineup by introducing new exclusive labels each season. Italy’s PrimaClasse, launched last year, surpassed cumulative sales of 100 billion KRW (about 75 million USD) in roughly 18 months. Over the past two years, the company has also rolled out private labels such as Urban Around and Material Lab to strengthen its exclusive-brand appeal.
"We'll keep diversifying our product lineup around exclusive brands and sharpening our competitive edge," a Hyundai Home Shopping spokesperson said.
