Rimowa and Reni are debuting a chic limited-edition collaboration, "Rimowa Reni," on the 21st.
Crafted in black and silver anodized aluminum, the collection is engineered to house Rimowa cabin-size suitcases securely and serves as an elegant solution that blends naturally into any interior.
For over a century, Rimowa has defined travel through German engineering aesthetics and its signature aluminum. Since 1922, Reni has been producing aluminum furniture rooted in Swiss precision and a distinctive design philosophy.
This collaboration marks the first time Reni’s signature modular system has been translated into a suitcase storage solution. Precisely engineered to fit Rimowa’s cabin pieces, the collection was handcrafted at Reni’s Zurich workshop and channels both brands’ heritage and technical know-how.
The Rimowa Reni bench has an open design that displays up to two cabin-size suitcases side by side. The Rimowa Reni drawer offers stackable storage within a sculptural frame and includes a dedicated compartment for small items.
Both pieces meet strict raw-material standards and showcase meticulous, handcrafted finishes—every detail is considered, from the frame’s sculptural lines to the drawer’s neat storage options for smaller belongings.
The collection will be exhibited at the Rimowa Reni Visitor Center in Milan from the 21st through the 24th. The space will feature books curated by Swiss publisher Inen to inspire travel, plus a postcard station where visitors can send handwritten notes from Milan.
The Rimowa Reni bench and drawer launch in silver and black, respectively, and will be sold in limited quantities starting on the 21st via Rimowa’s official website and at select flagship stores worldwide (Beijing, Cologne, New York Madison, Seoul Cheongdam, Tokyo Omotesando).
