Yoo Jae-suk admitted he regrets never wearing matching couple T-shirts with his wife, Na Kyung-eun.
On the March 14 episode of MBC’s variety show Hangout with Yoo, Heo Kyung-hwan joined the cast as a regular. The episode, titled "A Day Picked by AI," centered on keeping veteran actor Kim Kwang-gyu company.
The show’s AI suggested the group buy matching team outfits — and that Yoo should pick them. "Let Jae-suk choose — he keeps things neat. If he coordinates, no one will complain," the AI recommended.
They headed to the Songhyuna outlet that Kim Kwang-gyu frequents, and Yoo selected a group look consisting of a black cardigan, a shirt and gray sweatpants.
After following the AI’s pick with a meal at a traditional Korean set-menu restaurant, the cast went for a walk. Yoo confessed, "When we were newlyweds, Kyung-eun wanted us to wear matching couple outfits, but I said no. Now I want us to match, but she won't — so I regret it. If she'd asked back then, I would have worn couple T-shirts."
Joo Woo-jae chimed in, "He's the type who doesn't like that stuff. I’d wear them if my girlfriend asked." Yoo advised, "Then wear them. You realize later there’s a right time for everything."
