On the episode, Ji Ye-eun stunned the studio by claiming, “I think Tak Jae-hoon has a girlfriend.” She recalled that Tak called after a long time; when she answered, a woman unexpectedly picked up and began questioning her about their relationship. Ji said the woman demanded, “Don’t call my man—do you know who I am?” Once Ji learned the woman’s identity, she was overcome with tears at feeling betrayed, which sent the room into laughter. Viewers will learn the woman’s identity during the broadcast.

Ji also revealed she had offered half her savings to Lee Su-ji after Lee fell victim to a jeonse (Korean long-term lease) deposit scam, a revelation that surprised the cast. Ji explained that during SNL rehearsals she noticed Lee leaving alone every lunch break; she assumed Lee was going out to eat, but Lee was actually visiting the local district office to sort out the scam. Ji said she immediately offered to lend money, underscoring the depth of their friendship.
Ji admitted she has a hard time getting closer to people she likes, and that Lee eventually gave up trying to give her dating advice. When the hosts asked whether Ji had ever been dumped, she laughed, saying, “I’ve never been dumped — I’m a genuine, down-to-earth type.” Ji then revealed she had her first kiss at 20, prompting Lee to quip, “That’s really early — I didn’t have mine until 29,” which sent the studio into peals of laughter.
Episode 7 of SBS’s Wait, Really!, featuring Ji Ye-eun and Jung Sang-hoon, will air on March 16 at 10:10 PM.
