Comedian Kim Ji-min turned her candid longing to become a mother into a witty bit, then surprised the set by calling in Kim Jun-ho, prompting peals of laughter. Undergoing in vitro fertilization, Kim even confessed she had stolen underwear from her older sisters, who already have children.
Episode 15 of SBS Plus’s "Lee Ho-seon’s Cider," airing at 10 a.m. on the 11th, focused on "The Shortcut to Ruin: Addiction." The episode presents stories about addictions that can erode everyday life and relationships.

During the taping, Kim quietly revealed, "As of today’s recording, I’m on day 13 of my IVF cycle," surprising the cast and crew. In her trademark blunt style, she added that her two older sisters each have three sons—six nephews in all—and joked, "I wanted some of their luck, so I stole a pair of underwear from each," which sent the studio into laughter.
When the show turned to a segment about home-camera addiction, Kim admitted, "I have a pet-only cam at home. I’m addicted—it's really fun," earning sympathetic laughs. She then pulled out her phone, showed the live home-cam feed, and used its voice feature to call Kim Jun-ho at home, provoking more laughter. Moments later, Kim Jun-ho appeared on camera in casual loungewear and delivered an off‑the‑cuff response that had host Lee Ho-seon in stitches.
Momentarily surprised by the sudden call, Kim Jun-ho quickly recovered, exchanging greetings with Lee Ho-seon in an impromptu virtual meet-and-greet. He even cheered, "Go, Lee Ho-seon’s Cider!" drawing applause. His remarks to Kim Ji-min through the camera added another layer of surprise, making the spontaneous home-cam reveal especially entertaining.
Producers said the episode realistically examines a range of addictions people can fall into, offering empathetic—and cathartic—perspectives. They added that Kim Jun-ho’s surprise cameo would provide extra laughs and encouraged viewers to tune in.
"Lee Ho-seon’s Cider" airs every Saturday at 10 a.m.
