[JoyNews24 Reporter Jeong So-hee] Trot singer Kang Seol-min served as the event's ambassador at the 13th Hope-Finding Hiking & Trekking Class on April 25 at Mannam Square in Ui-dong, Gangbuk District, Seoul. She posed for photos alongside mountaineer Oh Eun-sun.
This year's trek was held as "Hope Companion," pairing plogging—picking up litter while jogging—to protect nature with a charitable giving program. Organizers pledged a fixed donation for each finisher; the more people who complete the course, the larger the total contribution.
The route followed Bukhansan's Jindallae Ridge, starting at Mannam Square in Ui-dong and continuing along the ridge to the turnaround point at Daedongmun.
