On April 27, Italian premium sleep brand Dorelan introduced the Myfoam Mattress — designed for markedly improved breathability — alongside three high-end designer beds: Nero, Riva and Vita, as it pushes into the premium sleep market.
The new lineup targets a common complaint about memory foam: that it sleeps hot. Dorelan says it upgraded both function and form to appeal to newlyweds who care about bedroom décor and to customers seeking an elevated lifestyle.
At the heart of the launch is a mattress rethink. Dorelan applied its proprietary Myfoam Air technology across the range to expel heat and moisture generated during sleep. The result, the company says, is a comfortable sleep environment year-round that addresses the heat retention long associated with conventional memory foam.
The three new beds marry Italian design sensibility with eco-conscious materials. An accredited testing agency (CNAS) measured formaldehyde emissions at 0.015 mg/m³, earning the products the top ENF rating—well below the common eco-friendly benchmark E0 (0.050 mg/m³ or less).
Each model has a distinct character. The Nero features a quilted headboard inspired by an Italian tailored suit and a tensioned wood-slat structure that enhances airflow and distributes weight evenly.
The Riva is a fabric-upholstered bed that channels an Italian Riviera vibe; its low headboard and striped pattern create a refined, contemporary look.
The Vita is the premium offering, wrapped in natural cowhide and built on an open-base design that accommodates practical needs—like running a robot vacuum—without hassle.
To mark the launch, Dorelan Korea is offering incentives for buyers of its Signature Collection (Epic, Crystal, Stylus). Purchasers will receive a Sleep Package—featuring a cervical pillow and premium bedding—and a Deep Care Solution that includes a UV sanitizing bedding cleaner. Customers who buy the flagship Epic will also receive a topper mattress.
\"This collection balances comfort, design and safety,\" a Dorelan Korea spokesperson said. \"It will set a new standard for newlyweds preparing their trousseau and for anyone seeking a premium sleep environment.\"
