Riad Corporation just launched Yeyak (yeyak.ai), an AI-powered B2B travel service that streamlines hotel quoting and group reservation operations.

Yeyak is a B2B platform that brings the entire group-stay workflow together—from hotel sourcing and quote management to booking-page creation and guest reservation tracking. The company adapted the Korean word for "reservation," rendered as "Yeyak," to showcase the strengths of Korean travel to global B2B clients and create a clear, intuitive brand name.
Built for travel agencies, event planners, corporate travel managers, and VIP protocol teams, Yeyak helps anyone handling group accommodations without a dedicated ops system. Historically, B2B travel relied on email and phone to communicate with hotels and manage bookings, which made operations inefficient and labor intensive.
Riad tapped the extensive hotel database and hands-on experience it amassed running its earlier booking platform, RiaTravel, to expand and refine Yeyak’s quoting and reservation-management features.
At its core, Yeyak lets users search hotel room inventory worldwide, message multiple hotel contacts in real time, and collect and compare quotes. Customers can generate a dedicated booking page so guests can book directly, and booking status and participant details are managed in a single system—streamlining the entire group-stay process.
According to the company, adopting the service can reduce hotel quote preparation time by roughly fourfold and enable the same staff to handle up to three times more booking requests. That turns a previously manual, paper-and-email-heavy workflow into a more organized and scalable operation.
