“Setting a new standard for premier golf clubs”

전남 D-Ocean Country Club (D-Ocean CC) in Yeosu, South Jeolla Province, is Korea’s only Pebble Beach–style course where every one of the 18 holes looks out to the sea. Sculpted along a sinuous coastline, it’s a visual masterpiece beloved by golfers nationwide.

The West Course’s No. 3 (Par 3) is a standout — framing sweeping South Sea vistas — and it’s ranked among Korea’s Top 10 most beautiful holes. With a temperate climate year-round, this is a place you can play in any season — a true golfer’s paradise.

D-Ocean CC has also opened a newly built clubhouse, which began full operations on the 15th.

“The new clubhouse draws inspiration from the sea off Yeosu and the surrounding archipelago,” a D-Ocean CC spokesperson said. “We focused on crafting spaces where guests can fully soak in Yeosu’s natural beauty before and after their rounds.”

Architecturally, the building’s layered walls echo the overlapping islands that dot the Yeosu seascape, creating a sense of place the moment you arrive.

The drop zone at the entrance was designed so drivers’ views aren’t blocked — the archipelago flows into sight naturally. Inside and out, the clubhouse feels seamlessly connected, delivering an expansive, open experience.

The interior follows a “sea of light” theme, reflecting Hwayang-myeon, Yeosu — one of Korea’s sunniest spots — and bathing spaces in warm, natural light.

Guest amenities have been significantly upgraded. Spanning a total floor area of 8,856.54㎡ (about 95,331 sq ft), the clubhouse features ocean-view terraces at both the restaurant and the starter house, perfect for relaxing with panoramic sea views. Lockers and saunas are designed to evoke a tranquil, underwater calm — the ideal way to unwind after a round.

With this new clubhouse, D-Ocean CC says it will deliver premium service so visitors can enjoy elegant play and first-rate relaxation amid Yeosu’s stunning natural scenery.
