Discover the Rising Stars: Chonnam Music Creation Center‘s Oa and Chuihyang Store Shine on Jeong Seung-hwan’s YouTube Channel

Cheonan, South Korea — The Chungnam Content Promotion Agency (Chungnam Conjinwon) said on May 11 that two artists from its Chungnam Music Creation Studio — the indie band Taste Shop (Chwihyang Sangjeom) and singer-songwriter Oa — appeared on singer Jung Seung-hwan's YouTube series 'Noraebang Yeop Manhwabang.'

'Noraebang Yeop Manhwabang' is a music channel hosted by Jung Seung-hwan that features live performances and spotlights emerging artists.

Taste Shop and Oa each delivered live sets on the show. The channel posted their performances on May 7.

Both acts are Chungnam-based musicians who were discovered and nurtured through the Chungnam Music Creation Studio.

Kim Gok-mi, director of Chungnam Conjinwon, said, "It is deeply meaningful that musicians active in Chungnam can connect with a broader audience through a nationally influential channel." She added, "We will continue to provide support so the artists discovered by the Chungnam Music Creation Studio can showcase their talents on a variety of online and offline stages."
