Founded in 2005, Yanolja has spent more than two decades driving the digital transformation of the travel and leisure sectors both domestically and internationally. A company spokesperson said Yanolja progressed from Yanolja 1.0—focused on survival and laying the groundwork—to Yanolja 2.0, which grew through a mobile-first pivot. Now, at a moment when AI is fundamentally reshaping industry structures, the company is preparing another wave of innovation.

Yanolja 3.0 reinforces the company's identity as a global travel‑tech player and outlines its direction going forward. Anchored by three core values—genuine customer focus, technology-led leadership, and working as One Team—the plan expands Yanolja's mission of making travel and leisure easier and more meaningful through technology, with the goal of delivering distinct customer experiences tailored for the AI era and global markets.

To accelerate execution of this vision, Yanolja overhauled its leadership in December. Choi Chan‑seok was named head of corporate strategy and management, Lee Jun‑young now leads enterprise solutions (formerly Yanolja Cloud), and Lee Cheol‑woong was appointed to run the consumer platform division. The company reshaped its structure to maximize expertise in each business area and enable more seamless collaboration.

Lee Su‑jin, Yanolja's CEO overseeing the entire company, said, "AI is changing industry standards far more powerfully and quickly than the mobile transition did. We will share the greater value of happiness that travel brings—and the opportunities that come with it—beyond Korea to global markets."
