[Anchor] Today, May 5 — Children's Day — colorful events are happening across the country. At Paju Book City, a special festival is underway to spark kids' dreams. We're going live to the scene. Reporter Ham Hyun-ji. [Reporter] I'm at Paju Book City, where the 24th Paju Children's Book Festival is in full swing. Families out for the holiday have packed the area, and instead of the usual hush of page-turning, the air is full of laughter. The festival opened on the 2nd and wraps up today as a Children’s Day finale. Under the playful theme \"Books, Ta‑Da! Snacks, Ta‑Da!\" the event goes beyond reading: kids meet authors and explore careers through hands-on activities. The biggest draw is the book market. Forty-seven publishers are on hand to reveal how books are made, and kids can try their hand at being little authors and creating their own stories. There's also an open house that offers a rare peek inside publishers' operations. Onstage, puppet shows and imagination-boosting programs keep the fun going nonstop. Food trucks and activity booths make the day easy and enjoyable for the whole family as they build Children’s Day memories. If you want to give a child the wide world contained in a single book, consider joining the festival here in Paju. This is Ham Hyun-ji reporting for Yonhap News TV from Paju Book City.
