On the 10th, Paradise announced it has rebranded the Grand Hyatt Incheon West Tower—acquired last year—as the Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City.

The Hyatt Regency brand is known within Hyatt’s portfolio for striking a balanced chord between business and leisure. Thanks to its proximity to Incheon International Airport, Hyatt Regency Incheon is well positioned to welcome a wide range of travelers—short-stay guests, transit passengers, and business visitors alike. It’s also expected to create strong synergy with the integrated resort Paradise City, just a five-minute walk away.
Earlier, Paradise Segasami purchased the Grand Hyatt Incheon West Tower from Kal Hotel Network, an affiliate of the Hanjin Group, for about 210 billion KRW (approximately $157.5 million). After taking over, the company began operating the hotel while undertaking interior renovations and environmental improvements.
Hyatt Regency Incheon offers 501 rooms, including 34 suites. The property features two pools—a main pool and a children’s pool—along with sauna and spa facilities. With 12 banquet and meeting spaces, the hotel can accommodate families as well as MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) and business travelers.
A stay at Hyatt Regency Incheon also gives guests easy, natural access to the integrated resort Paradise City. Located a five-minute walk from the resort, the hotel was designed to make it simple for visitors to enjoy on-site amenities like the CIMER spa, the indoor theme park Wonderbox, plus a variety of dining and cultural offerings.
With the opening of Hyatt Regency Incheon, Paradise City’s total room inventory now reaches 1,270. That increased supply is expected to help draw more casino patrons as well.
A Hyatt Regency Incheon representative said, “We aim to broaden access to the Paradise City experience by offering a convenient, highly accessible lodging option.”
