Discount fares on 30 international routes

Air Busan announced on March 10 that it is launching a fare-discount promotion to mark its new routes to Takamatsu and Shizuoka, Japan.
The 10-day sale kicks off at 11 a.m. on March 11 and runs through March 20, covering 30 international routes from Busan and Incheon. Travel dates for discounted tickets are March 11 through June 30. Tickets are available on Air Busan’s website and mobile app.
All promotional fares are quoted as one-way, all-inclusive fares that cover fuel surcharges and airport facility fees. From Busan, fares start at ▲Fukuoka 59,900 KRW (about $45) ▲Osaka 59,900 KRW (about $45) ▲Tokyo (Narita) 67,200 KRW (about $50) ▲Taipei 99,900 KRW (about $75) ▲Cebu 89,900 KRW (about $67) ▲Da Nang 99,900 KRW (about $75) ▲Nha Trang 119,900 KRW (about $90) ▲Bangkok 119,900 KRW (about $90) ▲Bali 199,900 KRW (about $150) ▲Guam 99,900 KRW (about $75).
From Incheon, fares start at ▲Fukuoka 69,900 KRW (about $52) ▲Osaka 79,900 KRW (about $60) ▲Tokyo (Narita) 99,900 KRW (about $75) ▲Hong Kong 89,900 KRW (about $67) ▲Nha Trang 109,900 KRW (about $82) ▲Bohol 109,900 KRW (about $82) ▲Chiang Mai 119,900 KRW (about $90) ▲Bangkok 129,900 KRW (about $97).
Along with the discounted fares, Air Busan is rolling out extra perks. The first customers who book Takamatsu flights will receive a 30,000 KRW (about $23) discount coupon valid on round-trip fares of 100,000 KRW (about $75) or more.
Passengers who buy tickets to Japan’s smaller cities will be entered into a raffle to win prizes such as hotel stays and theme-park tickets. Air Busan also plans to offer hotel-booking discounts through a partnership with Trip.com for members registered on its website or mobile service.
An Air Busan spokesperson said, “We created this promotion so customers can enjoy overseas travel at affordable prices as we launch the Takamatsu and Shizuoka routes. We will continue to expand route options and offer a variety of benefits to boost customer satisfaction.”
Air Busan will begin operating the Busan–Shizuoka and Busan–Takamatsu routes three times weekly starting March 30 and March 31, respectively.
