Singer-songwriter Roy Kim will release his remake album 'Bloom Again' on May 20.
On May 4, his agency DEUL said the remake album includes six classic songs spanning 1992 to 2013. Roy Kim reinterpreted 'No Encore Requests', 'Twenty-Five, Twenty-One', 'Smile Boy', 'What's Wrong', 'A Heart for One Person', and 'Song of the Wind' in his own style.
Roy Kim, who earned praise for a range of covers on his YouTube channel, says the new album delves deeper into his musical palette.
Roy Kim said, \"In a world that tells those who can't seem to grow up to 'be adults,' I wanted to sing sincerely. I hope my music and my songs can offer even a small measure of strength to the many fans who may have withdrawn. I sang from the heart because I wanted to give warm comfort through music.\"
Expected to bridge past and present and to resonate across generations, Roy Kim's remake album 'Bloom Again' will be released at 6 p.m. on May 20.
