Hello.

We are sharing information regarding refunds for tickets to the 2026 10CM Asia Tour concert in Singapore held today (March 14).

On the day of the performance, the artist experienced a sudden decline in his vocal condition and received care from on-site medical staff. Because he wanted to perform for fans who had come to the show, he went on stage as scheduled.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who waited for and attended the Singapore concert for not delivering a performance in the artist’s best condition. Full refunds for this concert will be issued.

We will continue to monitor the artist’s condition closely with medical staff, prioritize his health and safety, and do everything possible to support a swift recovery.
