B1 Bullsone Car Care announced on March 10 that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Korea Automobile Professional Repair Association Federation (KAPOS) to expand into a total car-care business that pairs vehicle maintenance with premium detailing.
The signing took place March 5 in the main conference room of the KAPOS federation in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province. Attendees included B1 Bullsone Car Care CEO Kim Ok-soo and KAPOS Chairman Kang Soon-geun.
The alliance aims to create integrated vehicle-care hubs by combining B1 Bullsone Car Care’s professional detailing expertise with KAPOS’s repair network and technical capabilities across roughly 17,000 locations nationwide.
Under the agreement, about 250 existing KAPOS shops will be renovated into combined KAPOS X B1 Car Care outlets. The rollout will give customers access to standardized, high-end car-care services at reasonable prices across the country.
B1 Bullsone Car Care plans to broaden discount programs by designating franchise outlets for major automakers and partnering with telecom membership schemes, making premium services more accessible to a wider audience.
The partners will also step up digital marketing to grow customer touchpoints. This month, B1 Bullsone Car Care will launch a dedicated booking app that lets customers prebook washes, consumables, and engine-oil changes to reduce wait times. Shop operators will be able to improve operational efficiency and standardize service delivery. The company will also offer exclusive service vouchers on major open marketplaces such as KakaoTalk Gift and Naver Shopping to link online and offline channels.
Beyond infrastructure integration, the companies will run an annual training program to lift and standardize service quality. B1 Bullsone Car Care will invite leading specialists in blog marketing, car washing, and polishing to provide technical and management training for KAPOS members, strengthening their capabilities as premium car-care professionals.
KAPOS Chairman Kang Soon-geun said, "The partnership between KAPOS and B1 Bullsone Car Care will create a new model of cooperative growth in the car-care industry. By combining our strengths, we will boost competitiveness and improve customer satisfaction."
B1 Bullsone Car Care CEO Kim Ok-soo said, "Pairing KAPOS’s solid maintenance infrastructure with B1 Bullsone Car Care’s premium services and marketing assets will generate strong synergies. Through online reservations and loyalty-point partnerships, we aim to build a car-care ecosystem that benefits both customers and shop owners."
