In the episode that aired on the 4th, tvN’s drama How to Become a Landlord in Korea depicted a plot hatched by Ki Su-jong (Ha Jung-woo) and Nam Sang-ho (Park Sung-il).

At Chief Aide Nam’s direction, Yona (Shim Eun-kyung) leads Ki Su-jong to a secluded location. On the way, she explains the meaning of her name — “someone who brings misfortune.” She tells Su-jong, “If you need help, contact me anytime.”
When they meet Chief Aide Nam, he asks, “What if your friend digs in and refuses to leave?” Su-jong pleads, “Please protect Pyeongbuk-gwan — help me keep my pride.” The aide responds, “Then go try to persuade them.”
Su-jong demands a stake in the property. He says that if he can convince Jeon Yi-kyung (Jung Soo-jung) and secure Pyeongbuk-gwan, he wants half the shares. The aide remarks, “You’re quietly a gambler,” and adds, “I’ll think it over.”
The aide then invites Su-jong to a redevelopment project party the next day. After Su-jong leaves, he tells Yona to deal with Su-jong once the job is finished.
