Streetwear brand Nerdy has rebranded as NDY (pronounced "en-dee-why") and kicked off a fresh chapter by unveiling its 25FW collection that introduces the brand’s new identity.
On the 19th, the brand announced the name change and revealed the 25FW lineup on its official online store. Since launching in 2017, Nerdy earned a following for its casual yet sporty streetwear vibe—bold colors and distinctive designs that catch the eye.
According to the brand, the rename is part of a push to expand its creative universe in step with rapidly changing fashion trends and to reach a wider audience.
'NDY' stands for 'Not Defined Yet.' Under the slogan 'Define Nothing. Be Everything,' the label says it will keep creating fresh ideas within a world of endless possibility.
Where Nerdy once emphasized 'my own freedom,' NDY now spotlights 'the self that freely evolves beyond constraints,' adding flexibility and broader scope to the brand’s story.
NDY also rolled out its 25FW collection. The line updates the brand’s signature tracksuit with the new NDY corporate identity and introduces richer colorways and materials to express NDY’s idea of 'undefined freedom.'
The flagship 'Classic NY Track' gains four new colorways, including navy and pink, and debuts a corduroy option to broaden choices. Last season’s hit 'Ribbon Track' returns with three colors and a new velour version.
The collection’s lookbook drives home NDY’s identity with a range of fresh styling. Under the concept 'Your rules. Your style,' the shoot pairs tracksuits with tailored shirts and casual lace pieces to show that tracksuits can move beyond workout wear and become a new style statement.
