[Sports Seoul | Reporter Choi Seung-seop] Forestella’s Go Woo-rim drew attention after sharing snippets of life inside the newlyweds’ home he shares with his wife, Kim Yuna. Viewers were riveted when a bandmate offered a rare, detailed look into the couple’s usually private life.
On the April 16 broadcast of MBC’s variety show '구해줘! 홈즈', Forestella members Jo Min-gyu and Go Woo-rim took part in a Seoul villa scouting segment.
When host Yang Se-hyung asked whether he had his own space at home, Go replied, “Luckily, I have a separate room where I can both work and relax.” He said the room holds his hobby gear and a wine fridge, and stressed that his wife is free to enter it whenever she likes.
Asked where Kim Yuna’s space was in the house, Go quipped, “Except for my one room, everywhere else is her domain,” adding, “Our home is very peaceful,” which drew laughter from the studio.
Bandmate Jo Min-gyu reinforced the picture of a close, affectionate couple. “Even in their fourth year of marriage, there’s still a lot of excitement between them,” he said, describing the special chemistry he’s observed up close.
Kim Yuna and Go Woo-rim were married in 2022 after about three years of dating.
The M Villa in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, where the couple lives, was purchased by Kim Yuna in 2011. The property reportedly sold for about 2.2 billion KRW (approximately $1.65 million at the time) and has since appreciated to an estimated 8.5 billion KRW (about $6.38 million today). thunder@sportsseoul.com
