[MyDaily = Reporter Park Rosa] Singer Lee Hyori spoke candidly about the challenges of running her yoga studio.

On the 10th, the YouTube channel 'Ah Yoga' uploaded a video titled 'Not Hyori, But Ananda: What's on Yoga Teachers' Minds...'

In the video, Lee said she's been running Ananda for about seven to eight months. Many of the early-morning students have been coming since the studio opened in September. They worked hard to register and practice diligently. With that dawn group, I can feel their bodies and have a clearer sense of how to guide their practice, she explained. But the morning class still consists of more than 70% one-day trial participants.

When one instructor remarked that it must be hard to manage everyone, Lee replied calmly, It's not easy — and I think that's part of my practice.

She went on to say she teaches differently depending on the weather, the vibe, and who shows up. I tune into the atmosphere and teach from that feeling, she said. Because of that approach, I've never taught the exact same class twice. Sometimes I design a session entirely for total beginners.

She also suggested that experienced students benefit from revisiting beginner practices after a long break. In fact, whether a class is for beginners or advanced practitioners, you can find incredibly deep alignment even through basic techniques, she added.

Lee married musician Lee Sang-soon in 2013. Last year she opened 'Ananda Yoga' in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, where she now teaches as a yoga instructor.
