Paradise (034230) announced on March 10 that it reopened the former Grand Hyatt Incheon West Tower as the Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City on March 9 after a full renovation.
Paradise Segasami purchased the property, previously owned by Hanjin Group subsidiary Kal Hotel Network, for 210 billion KRW (approximately US$157.5 million). After extensive interior updates and environmental improvements, the building has relaunched as a 501-room hotel.
Hyatt Regency Incheon features 501 rooms, including 34 suites. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, a sauna, a spa, and 12 banquet and meeting spaces. Dining options include four outlets: Market Cafe, Swell Lounge, Pool House, and the Regency Club—each designed to complement the resort experience.
With this opening, the integrated resort Paradise City now totals 1,270 guest rooms. The new hotel is just a five-minute walk from the Paradise City complex, making it effortless for visitors to access the spa, theme park, and other resort amenities. The increase in room supply is also expected to drive more traffic to gaming venues, including the foreigner-only casino.
The location offers strong transport links: it’s about a 3–5 minute drive to Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and roughly 15–20 minutes to Terminal 2, which should appeal to transfer passengers and business travelers. Nearby attractions like Hanagae Beach and Muui Island add to the hotel’s appeal as a convenient base for leisure trips.
A Hyatt Regency Incheon representative said the hotel’s accessibility will expand the Paradise City visitor experience and help reinforce Incheon’s role as a global gateway city.
