Starting on the 16th, the Gyeongnam Sacheon City Facilities Management Corporation is rolling out an annual pass for the Sacheon Sea Cable Car.
The pass is meant to bring back repeat visitors, encourage longer stays, give year-round access to this landmark cable car on the southern coast, and help stimulate the local economy.
The annual pass costs ₩75,000 (approximately $56.25) for adults and ₩65,000 (approximately $48.75) for children. From the date of issue, pass holders can ride once per day for a full year in either the standard cabin or the Crystal Cabin.
Pass holders can bring up to three guests and receive a ₩5,000 (approximately $3.75) discount per person. Sacheon residents who already qualify for an existing ₩5,000 (approximately $3.75) discount cannot combine discounts.
You can apply in person at the Sacheon Sea Cable Car Daebang stop ticket booth.
Han Jae-cheon, the corporation’s director, said, “The annual pass lets visitors from across the country enjoy the cable car without financial burden. We will reinvent this attraction to offer new and exciting experiences.”
