[Sports Seoul | Reporter Yoon Dong-eon] Singer Lyn (LYn) is ending her musical partnership with agency 325E&C.
On April 10, 325E&C announced that Lyn’s exclusive contract — built over years of deep trust — recently expired. After extensive discussions, both parties agreed to support each other’s future endeavors and close this cherished chapter of their musical journey.
Lyn cultivated a close rapport with audiences through her annual, sold-out solo concert series "HOME." She also reinforced her standing as an "OST queen" by contributing vocals to numerous popular drama soundtracks that heightened viewers’ immersion.
Her appearances on MBN’s "Hyeonyeok Gawang" and the Korea–Japan special reaffirmed Lyn’s wide musical range. By stepping beyond her signature ballads into trot and other genres, she showcased the depth of her craft built over more than 20 years, earning broad, cross-generational support.
325E&C, founded by Lee Soo of MC the Max, continued to represent Lyn under contract even after her divorce from Lee Soo. With the contract’s expiration, she has naturally moved into an independent phase of her career.
The agency expressed deep gratitude to Lyn for the meaningful legacy she left during their time together and asked fans to offer warm encouragement as she begins this new chapter. "We will continue to support Lyn as she shines across multiple fields," the company added. hellboy321@sportsseoul.com
