[EPN Enpinow reporter Go Nari] Kim Haon claimed the crown on Mnet's Show Me the Money 12, taking home 100 million KRW (about 66,000 USD).

In the April 2 finale, the Top 5 — Kim Haon, Now I Am Young, Mason Home, Milly and Trevi — faced off in a tense showdown on Mnet's Show Me the Money 12. The four teams that advanced to the final round all performed, sending the arena's energy soaring.

Kim Haon topped the live evaluations with a commanding presence. Mason Home finished second, Trevi placed third, Now I Am Young came in fourth, and Milly ranked fifth. Milly had scored strongly in the app vote, but the final standings remained in flux until the combined real-time and app tallies were revealed, keeping viewers on edge.

Ultimately, Mason Home — representing Gray x Loco's team — finished fifth. He expressed pride in his appearance on the show and received warm applause. His teammate Milly took fourth and thanked her family and fans, while Loco praised her for delivering a performance that surprised everyone despite a packed schedule.

Trevi, from Lil Moshfit x Park Jae-beom's team, secured third place. He offered candid reflections and gratitude to his family and supporters, as Park Jae-beom (Jay Park) helped elevate the finale's atmosphere on stage.

The final duel came down to Kim Haon and Now I Am Young, creating a tight, emotional standoff. Both contestants insisted they deserved the title, but the 100 million KRW (about 66,000 USD) prize ultimately went to Kim Haon, who competed under Zico x Crush's mentorship.

Kim Haon, who previously won High School Rapper 2, has now captured his second rap-survival show title. “After I decided to join Show Me the Money, this was the only picture I had in my head,” he said, thanking mentors Zico and Crush for their steady support through the ups and downs. He also expressed love for his family and asked fans to “keep watching over my happiness.”

On stage he presented a bouquet to his parents and spoke emotionally: “When I told you I would quit school at 18, you must have been so worried. Now please rest assured and keep believing in me.”

Runner-up Now I Am Young said he hadn’t expected his final placement but tried to enjoy every moment without greed. He closed his performance on a high note and thanked fans and family in an affectionate moment.

Mnet’s Show Me the Money 12 concluded with this broadcast, but the Top 5 and other contestants will reunite soon for a series of joint concert dates to meet fans.
