ENHYPEN Restructures: What Does Heeseung‘s Departure Mean for the Group’s Future?

On March 10, agency Belift Lab released an official statement outlining the group's future activities. Belift Lab said, "We held in-depth conversations about each member's individual goals and the group's direction. During those discussions, we confirmed that Heeseung has a clear musical direction he wants to pursue, and we have decided to respect that."

As a result, ENHYPEN will continue as a six-member group without Heeseung, who is expected to leave the team and continue his career as a solo artist.

Belift Lab added that it is difficult to explain every detail in a brief statement, but this decision was reached after long and careful consideration. The agency asked fans to understand with generosity that the choice was made for the future of both ENHYPEN and Heeseung.

We sincerely thank ENGENE for your continued support of ENHYPEN. We are writing to share the group's future activity structure.

We have been discussing ENHYPEN’s direction and next goals. Through in-depth conversations about each member’s individual aspirations and the group’s future, we confirmed that Heeseung has a clear musical direction he wishes to pursue, and we have decided to honor that decision.

Accordingly, Heeseung will be separating from ENHYPEN, and the group will continue official activities going forward as a six-member unit.

A brief message cannot fully convey the process, but we want to emphasize this was a decision made after prolonged and careful deliberation.
