[Sports Today reporter Yoon Hye-young] The band Dragon Pony spoke about praise they received from a senior at their label, Yoo Jae-suk.

On March 10, Dragon Pony (Ahn Tae-kyu, Pyeon Seong-hyun, Kwon Se-hyuk, Go Kang-hoon) held a showcase at Yes24 Wonder Rock Hall in Mapo District, Seoul, to mark the release of their third EP, RUN RUN RUN.

At the event, the members discussed advice and encouragement they’d received from fellow artists at Antenna.

Pyeon Seong-hyun said their CEO had offered enormous support for the album and this promotional cycle. “He gave us everything — and told us, ‘Now it’s your turn. Do whatever you want.’ He’s even been willing to concede to some of our ideas. With that encouragement and guidance, we prepared the album with joy. Senior Jang Won of Peppertones listened to the record and told us, ‘This really sounds like you. It’s going to do well,’” he said.

Go Kang-hoon added that the CEO relayed praise from Yoo Jae-suk. “Yoo, who’s well known for being an enthusiastic supporter, heard the song ‘Ah, Everything Works Out My Way!’ and said he loved it and thought it would do well.” Go punctuated the remark with a thumbs-up, drawing laughs from the room.
