CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, Gunho) surpassed 500,000 pre-saves on the global streaming platform Spotify for their second mini album, GREENGREEN, on March 26. The pre-save campaign began three weeks earlier, when the May release date was announced on March 6.

The pre-save tally climbed quickly. By March 10—just four days after pre-saves opened—the count hit 240,000, and it nearly doubled within two weeks. That surge helped GREENGREEN rise on Spotify’s Countdown Chart Global: it debuted at No. 8 on the March 11 chart and climbed to No. 5 on the March 25 listing.
Pre-saves let Spotify users sign up to receive a notification before an album or single goes live. The metric is widely used in the industry as an early indicator of fan interest. This week, CORTIS joined global artists such as Kanye West, RAYE, and Laufey in the platform’s top 10 pre-saved releases.
CORTIS first proved their international streaming strength with their debut album, COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES. As of Feb. 26, the album had surpassed 400 million cumulative streams on Spotify roughly six months after its release. Album tracks “GO!” and “FaSHioN” each reached 100 million streams in 116 and 132 days respectively—marking the fastest and second-fastest single-song streaming milestones among K-pop boy-group releases in 2025.
CORTIS will officially release GREENGREEN on May 4, with the title track arriving ahead of the album on April 20. In the lead-up to the release, the group rolled out eye-catching campus promotions aimed at Gen Z, hanging playful banners on university grounds that read things like “Young Creator Crew Training Program (host: CORTIS)” and “Want a breakout semester? You’re the one listening to CORTIS’ 2nd mini album,” drawing attention from students.
