The expanded standing area will extend south to the Sejong-daero intersection, spanning from Gwanghwamun Station (Seoul Subway Line 5) toward City Hall Station (Line 1). Fans will view the performance on large LED screens set up across the site. Free tickets will be distributed via NOL Tickets starting at 8 p.m. on March 12; existing ticket holders will face restrictions on additional reservations.
The event is expected to draw roughly 22,000 people. Organizers set capacity with on-site safety and crowd dispersal as their top priorities.
Big Hit Music and HYBE have beefed up measures against scalping and unauthorized entry. They will monitor illegal ticket-transfer posts online in real time and take prompt action to block scalpers. To prevent unauthorized entry, ID checks will be tightened for all attendees, and additional verification will be introduced in areas where resale activity is likely. Detailed ID-check procedures will be posted on the official site in advance to minimize congestion at the venue.
Netflix will stream the concert live. This will be the first time Netflix has streamed an artist's solo concert in real time.
Meanwhile, BTS will release their fifth full-length album, ARIRANG, at 1 p.m. on March 20. The title track, "SWIM," is an anthem about pressing on and swimming forward through life's waves. RM wrote the bulk of the lyrics, lending the song added sincerity.
