[SPOTV News=Reporter Choi Sin-ae] Yoo Jae-suk name-checked Jang Hang-jun, the director of 'The Man Who Lives with the King.'
On the 14th, the YouTube channel TteunTteun uploaded a video titled "100-Minute Talk Is Just an Excuse."
On the episode, Yoo sat down with Ju Ji-hoon, Kim Nam-gil and Yoon Kyung-ho. Kim Nam-gil said he is preparing the film Mongyudowondo, which will co-star Park Bo-gum. He added that because the film shares a historical setting with 'The Man Who Lives with the King,' it's drawing extra attention. "I'm playing King Sejo," he said.
Kim also noted that their film features King Danjong and that Park Bo-gum will portray Prince Anpyeong. Yoon Kyung-ho then recounted running into Yoo Ji-tae — who plays Han Myeong-hoe in 'The Man Who Lives with the King' — at a hair salon.
Yoo laughed, recalling that Jang Hang-jun occasionally reaches out to him and once said he wanted to "show off in a movie." "Looks like he finally got the chance," Yoo joked.
Meanwhile, 'The Man Who Lives with the King' has surpassed 12 million admissions.
