tvN's drama 'How to Become a Landlord in Korea' revisited the earlier lives of characters played by Ha Jung-woo and Kim Jun-han.

The April 4 episode of tvN's 'How to Become a Landlord in Korea' revealed the afterparty following the wedding of Gi Su-jong (Ha Jung-woo) and Min Hwal-seong (Kim Jun-han).
At the gathering, Min Hwal-seong thanked Gi Su-jong and announced he would dedicate a song to the family, choosing \"Shaken Friendship.\" Gi Su-jong forced an awkward smile, while Kim Sun (Im Soo-jung), visibly uneasy, tended to their daughter Darae. As the room celebrated, a strange tension lingered only between Gi and Kim Sun.
The flashback underscored just how tangled their relationships had become. Min Hwal-seong had kidnapped his wife, Jeon Yi-kyung, set off a public scandal, and later suffered a fall that left him in a prolonged vegetative state.
The sequence also exposed a darker betrayal: Min had been having an affair with his friend Gi Su-jong's wife, Kim Sun. When Gi learned the truth, he was left reeling — feeling both deeply betrayed and consumed by a crushing inferiority toward Min.
