Actress Lee Na-young opened up about her husband Won Bin's enduring appetite for acting.
On the morning of the 11th, Lee Na-young sat down for a post-series interview at a café in Sogyeok-dong, Jongno District, Seoul, to discuss ENA’s Monday-Tuesday drama Honor: Their Court (directed by Park Geon-ho, hereafter Honor).
Honor: Their Court, adapted from a Swedish series of the same name, follows three women lawyers who confront a past that resurfaces as a major scandal. The series wrapped on the 10th to generally positive reviews.

“I’m relieved we were able to finish safely. As a thriller, it could have felt heavy, so I was thankful the response was stronger than expected. Our show didn’t hand viewers a single answer. Rather than confronting pain head-on, it often emphasizes waiting and listening, so the ending left things open instead of tying everything up neatly.”
As Yoon Ra-young, the public-facing messenger at L&J (Listen & Join), the law firm representing sexual-assault survivors, Lee Na-young anchored the series with a nuanced turn. She handled everything from defending clients while avoiding her own wounds, to summoning the courage to confront perpetrators and the resolve to prevent similar tragedies from recurring.
Lee’s layered performance kept Honor grounded and helped carry viewers through to the finale. Notably, her husband, actor Won Bin, was among the show’s avid viewers.
“Won Bin watched the show too. I kept refusing to talk about behind-the-scenes details, so he kept trying to guess — saying things like, ‘Is it like this?’ or ‘I know.’ He kept reading my cues and trying to piece it together, but I never gave him the full story. We didn’t watch the entire series together as a family — it would’ve been a little awkward for everyone. (laughs)”
Even as fellow actors, they don’t dissect every detail when watching a project. “It’s more like, ‘That went well, right?’ or ‘You did something,’” she said. “In reality, people don’t talk about every scene like critics — he was mostly teasing me the whole time.”
She also commented on Won Bin’s long hiatus. “He still has a strong desire to act,” she said. “I’m grateful he hasn’t forgotten and still shows interest. As someone by his side, I appreciate that, and I think he does too.”
