[CBC News] In the March Netizen Awards' Best Actress category, Kim Hye‑yoon emerged as the early frontrunner, becoming the first nominee to join the \"10,000 Club\" and staking a clear claim to the title. With her film Salmokji set to open next month, she’s carried strong momentum into the voting.

As of 6:32 p.m. on the 14th, Kim led with 12,493 votes (54.6%). She outpaced her rivals by a wide margin and is the only actress in the category to surpass 10,000 votes in this tally.

Second place went to Hwang Jung-eum with 1,801 votes (7.9%), followed by Lee Se-young with 1,694 votes (7.4%). Ko Yoon-jung recorded 1,549 votes (6.8%), and Jung So-min had 1,328 votes (5.8%), keeping the top tier competitive.

Other mid-tier contenders include Ahn Eun-jin with 948 votes (4.1%), Park Eun-bin with 868 votes (3.8%), Son Ye-jin with 638 votes (2.8%), Jeon Yeo-bin with 371 votes (1.6%), and Park Min-young with 260 votes (1.1%).

Current trends point to a dominant performance by Kim. Holding more than half of the vote share, she clearly benefits from strong fan mobilization.

Because the Netizen Awards are decided by direct fan voting, the cohesion and activation of a fandom often determine outcomes. In that context, Kim’s early entry into the \"10,000 Club\" carries symbolic weight beyond the raw numbers.

Voting is still underway, and attention now turns to whether Kim’s lead will hold or whether challengers will mount a late surge.
